Whilst we are in the country, we are also well located for good amenities for shopping, eating and walking.

Eating
There are three local pubs within 3 miles, one of which is about a half hour walk along country lanes. All three pubs serve excellent food; as we can testify. Two of them (The Polgooth Inn and The Hewas Inn) are very dog friendly.
Take away food services are also available, and some will deliver to our doorstep (details in your guest guide provided in the barns).
Shopping
The main shopping centre of St Austell is just a couple of miles away and has a wide range of shops; both well-known chains and local stores. There are two large supermarkets (Tesco and Asda) within easy reach and a local late night convenience store in a village about 1.5 miles away.
Walking
There are a number of local walks within easy reach.

Electric vehicles
Due to the rural nature of our electricity supplies we cannot permit the charging of electric vehicles on site. There are a number of electric vehicle charging points in St Austell. Here is a link to local vehicle charging points.
